Getting Grounded Herbal Smoking Blend is a mixture of Mullein, Raspberry Leaf, Egyptian Chamomile, Uva Ursi, Chinese Skullcap, Mugwort, Marshmallow, Calendula, Spearmint, and Stevia.

Mullein has been used for centuries to promote calm feelings and to fight against feelings of anxiety. It burns slow and steady and produces a thick white smoke that is soothing to the throat. Mullein is a wonderful respiratory medicine and smoking the leaves brings that medicine directly into the lungs. In this mixture, it provides a soft, cooling, airy base. It is very mildly sedating and takes the harshness out of the blend.

Native Americans would smoke Raspberry Leaf as both a treatment and for ritual purposes. It contains a healthy dose of natural medicinal compounds such as tannins, flavonoids, vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, calcium and phosphorus. It also adds a smooth taste to the blend.

Skullcap is a known sedative, and when smoked will relax but not put you to sleep. Mugwort has a lengthy history of being used as a tobacco substitute with mild hallucinogenic properties.

Uva Ursi gives this blend a nice earthy taste while adding mild relaxing effects. Marshmallow helps to make the blend smoother and easier to smoke, plus it relaxes the mind. Egyptian Chamomile adds an overall relaxing effect and wonderful scent. Both spearmint and stevia are added for flavor and sweetness.
