Meditation Tea Blend
Our Meditation Tea contains White Pomegranate Tea (Camellia sinensis), Blue Lotus Flower, Brahmin, Sarsaparilla Root, Calendula Petals, Coriander Seed, and Ajwain Seeds. It’s a perfect blend to help you relax and let you mind journey as you prepare for a meditation session.
Meditation is a mind body practice that everyone can participate in. Many say it helps them release anger, find peace and train themselves to be more aware of their environment. If you are the type of person who always feels stressed, then you might find benefits through meditation. It also helps lower blood pressure and strengthens the immune system. We all know that stress is a precursor to many harmful conditions, primarily those conditions that can be fatal such as heart attacks, stroke, and aneurisms.
Our Meditation Medley Tea doesn’t perform miracles, nor are we promoting it as such. What it does do, is helps you relax and enter a slightly dreamy state. Once you are relaxed, you can proceed with a meditation or just enjoy the peace you are feeling.
