Raspberry leaves have been the basis for many herbal tea blends for over 2,000 years to tone the uterus and prepare the womb for childbirth. The naturally occurring tannins in raspberry leaf help to tone and tighten tissue. The supporting herbs in this blend also have long histories in support pregnancy related concerns.
